AKRON – Dennis L. Kamp, 71, of New Carlisle, and formerly of Akron, died at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, at Raclin Hospice House of Mishawaka.
Dennis was born Aug. 12, 1953, in Rochester, to Wayne D. and Isabelle Funk Kamp. On Aug. 22, 2001, he married Linda Carol Hunt in St. Joseph County; she survives.
The funeral service will take place at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron, with Mark Powell officiating.
A private interment will take place in the Mount Hope, Athens Cemetery, Athens, Ind., at a later date.
Visitation hours will be noon to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21 at Hartzler Funeral Home, Akron.
