If Tyler Wetzel seeks to contest the action and all matters related thereto, he must file an Appearance in the above-named court not later than 30 days after the date of the last service of this notice by publication. If Tyler Wetzel does not file a motion to contest the action within 30 days after service of this notice by publication, the above-named court will hear and determine the Motion in his absence. Be advised, the Court may enter Order as to all matters associated with this dissolution action.
