Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by Perry Miller Requesting An Amendment To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Agricultural District to an Agricultural 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on

And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:
A part of the Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 34 North, Range 5 East, Jefferson Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an iron pin marking the Northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 00 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds east along the east line of said Southwest Quarter and the centerline of County Road 650 West a distance of 536.33 feet to the point of beginning of this description; thence on an assumed bearing of due West parallel with the North line of said Southwest Quarter a distance of 1307.33 feet to the West line of the East Half of said line a distance of 382.38 feet; thence South 89 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East along the north line of a parcel of land conveyed to Lyle D. Yoder and Harry L. and Eva K. Miller in Warranry Deed 313, page 428, a distance of 668.21 feet; thence North 00 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds east along said Yoder and Miller land a distance of 639.10 feet to the East line of aforesaid Southwest Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 20 minutes 50 seconds West alone said East line and the centerline of County Road 650 West a distance of 286.23 feet to the point of beginning.
This Change Is Requested To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural; 2 Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.
This Hearing Will Be Held in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 12/04/2024 At 1:00 P.M. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address:100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580). Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives.
