Warsaw, Indiana, the Board of Commissioners of Kosciusko County will conduct a hearing in regard to a petition filed by John B. Camden and Mary Beth Camden for vacation of a portion of Northside Road (EMS B 27 Lane) a public way within the limits of Kosciusko County, Indiana, described as follows, to-wit:
The south 25' by parallel lines of Northside Road (EMS B 27 Lane) as shown on the Plat of Camden's Addition to El-Nel Park, Big Barbee Lake as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 151 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana, from the east line of the west Y2 of Lot 8 in said addition extended north to the east right-of-way line of South Barbee Drive.
