Apology To Law Enforcement

Editor, Times-Union:
Dear Mr. Matt Winn (SLPD) and Logan Pitts (KCSPD),
My name is Robin T. Wood and this is my letter of apology.
I was recently booked in the Kosciusko County Jail due to my reckless behavior and unacceptable actions. While under the influence of alcohol, I was being unruly and unwilling to cooperate, ultimately putting Mr. Winn in a position of force, which then led to my arrest. Later on in the evening, I was intercepted by officer Logan Pitts to proceed with booking. During this process, I became disorderly and overall making Mr. Pitts’ life harder than need be.
All that being said, I would like to apologize for the way I treated the both of you. I was in the wrong and accept full responsibility for all of my actions. I also realize that I had set a bad example in a community that I do so love… So to the people of Kosciusko County, I am apologizing to you as well for any hurt or disturbance I may have caused you. I seek a better way of doing things. I seek a better being. Thank you for your time and thank you for your patience. God bless you, K-County, you and your endeavors.
