Kauffman Named Senior Human Resources Generalist For CTB Inc.

MILFORD — Kristy Kauffman has been named senior human resources generalist for CTB Inc., according to Michael J. Kissane, executive vice president and chief administrative officer for CTB Inc.
In her new role, Kauffman will oversee, administer and support the human resource practices, policies and programs, and will provide assistance to the human resources managers at CTB’s Milford locations. In addition, she will support the CTB legal department, assisting with compliance, policy and litigation matters that involve employee-related issues.
Before joining CTB, Kauffman spent over four years working in Bristol at a multi-stop truck manufacturing company as an executive assistant and client relations specialist. In this role, she provided comprehensive support to the president and the director of human resources, collaborating with the HR department on various tasks. In her previous role as an executive assistant for a first-to-final-mile truck body company, Kauffman assisted the general counsel with SEC filings and litigation preparation. She has over 20 years of administrative experience, including HR functions, event planning and managing confidential information.
Kauffman is a graduate of Indiana Tech, Fort Wayne, where she obtained an associate degree in business administration. She is currently working towards her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources and plans to graduate in June 2025.
A native of Valparaiso, she resides in Elkhart.
