• 4:41 p.m. Tuesday - Benjamin Scott Wells, 37, of 302 W. Pine St., Pierceton, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $17,500.
• 7:53 p.m. Tuesday - Lonny D. Hodges, 52, of 5935 W. Osprey Drive, Mentone, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1 a.m. Wednesday - Christy Ann Singrey, 63, of 1719 Betsy Court, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond; $15,000.
• 1:31 a.m. Wednesday - William Paul Clemons, 43, Rochester, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 9:40 a.m. Wednesday - Anthony James Rohrbaugh, 47, of 312 W. Porter St., Warsaw, arrested for felony probation violation. No bond set.

• 6:57 p.m. July 15 - Intersection of Old 30 and North CR 350W, Warsaw. Car hit roadway sign. Drivers: Jose Gomez-Lopez, 25, Wooster Road, Winona Lake Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 4:10 a.m. July 16 - North CR 150W, Warsaw. Car hit tree in the road. Driver: Dalton Zimmerman, 30, Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 9:56 p.m. July 16 - North Ind. 13, 50 feet away from EMS B8 Lane, Leesburg. SUV hit deer. Driver: Jeannie Keyes, 52, Fort Wayne. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 10:12 p.m. July 16 - East CR 200N, 800 feet east of North CR 400E, Warsaw. Van hit deer. Driver: Richard Reynold, 36, West CR 1200S, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 3:11 a.m. Monday - South Ferguson Road, 100 feet west of Ind. 25, Warsaw. Car hit fence and landscaping items. Driver: Ruben Saucedo, 37, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 4:48 p.m. Monday - Intersection of North CR 650E and East CR 150N, Pierceton. Two-SUV collision. Drivers: Zackary T. Diecks, 20, Heritage Lane, Warsaw; Samantha N. Goon, 33, East Oldfield Road, Leesburg. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSO.
• 4:45 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Pickup hit card table in road. Driver: Carl E. Shepherd Jr., 66, West Walnut Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
