• 2:45 p.m. Monday - Angel Miguel Hernandez, 31, Plymouth, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:42 p.m. Monday - Daniela Jean Hamby, 25, of 2710 E. Patterson Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 5:51 p.m. Monday - Lauren Marie Davis, 37, of 1887 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for criminal conversion and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $600.
• 8:20 p.m. Monday - Jacob Lee Busz, 22, of 521 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 8:25 p.m. Monday - Scott Andrew Werner, 56, of 521 N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 11:09 a.m. Tuesday - Erika Jennifer Bruner, 35, of 11090 N. Wawasee Circle West, Cromwell, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.

• 9:52 p.m. Sunday - 1331 E. Main St., Warsaw. Car hit stop sign and utility pole. Driver: Gabriel A. Dirico, 18, Rivercrest Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:51 p.m. Monday - 2306 Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Car went up on curb and straddled curb and embankment. Driver: Jeffrey C. Kamphues, 45, East CR 950N, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 12:21 p.m. Monday - A passport was reported lost in the 700 block of Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:19 p.m. Monday - A driver’s license was reported found in the 1000 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:57 p.m .Monday - Criminal conversion was reported in the 100 block of West Dixie Drive, Silver Lake. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.
• 10:57 p.m. Monday - A person was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and leaving the scene of a property damage crash in the 3400 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 11:17 p.m. Monday - Domestic battery - simple assault was reported in the 500 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
