• 8:50 p.m. Wednesday - Carissa Ann Carter, 44, of 1388 S. Honeybee Court, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a property damage crash and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $700.
• 12:28 a.m. Thursday - Megan Elane Toscano, 41, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #47, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:35 a.m. Thursday - Shaun Michael Church, 47, of 1033 N. Mullen St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $750.
