Prochno Promoted To Senior Production Planner/Buyer For Brock Grain Systems

MILFORD — Dale Prochno has been promoted to senior production planner/buyer for Brock Grain Systems, according to Cary Carter, vice president of supply chain and operational excellence for the CTB Inc. business unit.
In his new role, Prochno will assist in the development and implementation of supply chain process improvements by researching, sourcing and evaluating vendors that align with the business unit goals.
A CTB employee since 2021, Prochno previously held the position of production planner. Prior to joining CTB, he spent four years in the industrial equipment industry as an inside sales and service representative where he supported aftermarket sales of goods, sold products, managed inventory levels and provided technical support.
He is a graduate of Bethel College, Mishawaka, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in general studies with concentrations in business, Bible and ministry. Prochno is also a Six Sigma Black Belt through Purdue University.
He is a native of Nappanee and currently resides there.
