• 3:47 a.m. Tuesday - Catherine Leeann Leadford, 28, of 316 Rattington Circle, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 3:55 p.m. Tuesday - Spring Flower Bubb, 48, of 3014 Frontage Road, #210, Warsaw, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and felony probation violation. Bond: $13,750.
• 5:15 p.m. Tuesday - Maximind Reyes, 45, of 1202 Wooster Road, #81, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:02 a.m. Wednesday - Noe Ybarra Jr., 19, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, lot 18, Pierceton, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.
• 1:33 a.m. Wednesday - Juan Carlos, 30, of 1400 Chestnut St., #A, Winona Lake, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault, misdemeanor battery with bodily injury and disorderly conduct. Bond: $1,000.
• 10:38 p.m. Wednesday - Logan Alexander Earl, 27, of 1614 Tippecanoe Drive, #B, Warsaw, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.

• 12:17 p.m. Dec. 20 - CR 300, 1,400 feet east of Dellview Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Lisa R. Dominy, 40, Greenbrier Boulevard, Warsaw. Injury: Dominy complained of neck pain. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
