David ‘Dave’ E. Ryman

David “Dave” E. Ryman, 81, a resident of Miller's Merry Manor and formerly of the Atwood community, passed away Dec. 22, 2024, at 4:48 p.m. at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw.
On May 2, 1943, in Warsaw, he was born to Lester E. Ryman and Dorah Jean Bayne Ryman. Dave lived all his life in the Atwood community.
On Dec. 31, 1963, in Atwood, he married Diane Louise Clingenpeel Ryman and together they shared the next 57 years before her passing on Aug. 13, 2021.
Dave worked at R.R. Donnelley as a pressmen for over 40 years. He was a member of Harrison Center Church, Etna Green, and graduated from Atwood High School with the class of 1961.
Dave is survived by his son, Brian E. Ryman and wife Ashley, of Atwood; eight grandchildren: Kristi, Alicia, Reece, Erinn, Corey, Bo, Kierra and Shaylee; three great-grandchildren: Liam, Atlas and David; sister, Rosalie R. Lee and husband Dick Hepler, of Etna Green.
He is preceded in death by his parents; wife; daughter, Laura Ryman Graham; and brother-in-law, Jim Lee.
Friends may visit with the family on Sunday, Dec. 29 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Harrison Center Church, 965 CR 800W, Etna Green. Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. Tim Richard. Burial will be in the Harrison Center Cemetery, Etna Green.
Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Dave to the Harrison Center Church or Harrison Center Cemetery Fund, 965 800 W., Etna Green, IN 46524.
Arrangements have been entrusted with the Earl-Grossman Funeral Home, Argos.
