• 1:13 a.m. Wednesday - Yeferson Rivero, 27, of 314 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 12:17 p.m. Wednesday - Selvin De Jesus Gonzalez, 33, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. Bond; $300.
