Teresa Ward, of Warsaw, passed away unexpectedly in her home on Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024, just days shy of her 75th birthday.
She was born on Dec. 6, 1949, in Fort Wayne, the only daughter of Raymond and Fay Hiner Estes.
Teresa’s adventurous spirit led her to live in Arizona for 12 years, where she formed numerous friendships that would enrich her life. Friends and family will remember her vibrant personality, which radiated positivity and made her a beacon of light in every room.
She is survived by her beloved daughter, Tracie Sage, of Arizona; sisters-in-law, Susan Estes, of Warsaw; and Nanette Estes, of Anniston, Ala.; and several nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Fay Hiner Estes; her son, Jeremiah Ward; her grandson, Joshua Pickering; her brothers, Larry and Stanley Estes; and her son-in-law, Brad Sage.
Titus Funeral Home of Warsaw is entrusted with the care of Teresa. Her family is grieving privately; therefore, no public services will be held.
