He was born Nov. 29, 1995, in Warsaw, to Celia Anne Pitts Alexander and Paul Clemente Powell, Jr.
Friends and family are invited to share a time of visitation from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw. Justin’s life will be celebrated with a service at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 14 at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor Rick Hurley. A graveside service will follow at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.
Memorial donations may be directed to the Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County, 1048 S. 325 W., Pierceton, IN 46562.
