• 4:55 a.m. Wednesday - Raul Joaquin Morales, 24, of 1509 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.
• 2:30 Wednesday - Joshua David Wentzel, 30, of 830 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or narcotic drug and being a habitual traffic violator. No bond set.
• 3:27 p.m. Wednesday - Jarvis Terell Buchanan, 44, Fort Wayne, arrested for dealing cocaine or narcotic drug and speeding - exceed max speed limit. Bond: $25,250.
• 6:40 p.m. Wednesday - Natalie Rae Hammons, 39, Fort Wayne, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
