Collecting For Salvation Army

Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling collected 3,739 items for the Choice Pantry of The Salvation Army to help with request for food during the holidays. Food was delivered to the pantry on Wednesday after collecting for about four weeks. Summers also presented a check in the amount of $3,739 to match each item given. "We are seeing an increase in requests for food over the past months, so this donation is greatly appreciated as people come in for food before Christmas," said Envoy Ken Locke, administrator. Locke is pictured with the Summers team accepting the food and financial donation.
