She was born July 9, 1951, to Wymond “Pete” D. Luttman and Wanita F. Luttman in Kendallville.
A funeral service to celebrate Cinda’s life will be Dec. 14, 2024, from 10 a.m. to noon at Titus Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Syracuse. Doors will open at 9:30 a.m.
