• 3:34 p.m. Sunday - James David Jacobs, 38, of 1231 S. Ferguson Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle with suspended or revoked registration and on a foreign warrant. Bond: $450.
• 7:42 p.m. Sunday - Andrew Steven Secor, 37, of 3762 W. Old 30, #28E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a controlled substance, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and criminal recklessness. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:57 p.m. Sunday - Junior Jose Montilla, 27, of 314 Meadow Lane, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 11:05 p.m. Sunday - Kenny Lee Nesmith, 40, of 204 E. Henry St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal trespass, possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:42 p.m. Sunday - Lucero Lugo, 19, Battlecreek, Mich., arrested for consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $450.
• 12:28 a.m. Monday - Eddy Flores, 20, Goshen, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.
• 12:39 a.m. Monday - Omar Hernandez Perez, 26, Goshen, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
• 12:52 a.m. Monday - Manuel Gomez Jimenez, 30, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
• 3:54 a.m. Monday - Yohan Andres Colon Contreras, 33, of 404 N. Parker St., #5, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 6:52 a.m. Monday - Pedro Miguel Ialenti-Angelucci, 31, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangerment and disorderly conduct. Bond: $10,250.
• 10:44 a.m. Monday - Jessica Christine Tipton, 23, South Bend, arrested for felony failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:25 a.m. Monday - Julius Avion Dinwiddie, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:47 p.m. Sunday - North CR 175E, 20 feet south of East CR 175N, Warsaw. Motorcycle laid down on road to avoid another vehicle. Driver: Kevin B. Horn, 68, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Horn had a contusion/bruise to the head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
• 8:05 p.m. Sunday - North Ind. 19, 1,500 feet north of West Ind. 10, Etna Green. Motorcycle went through ditch and into embankment of driveway. Driver: Colton O. Brock, 24, Argos, was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

Jordan, 18, West CR 300N, Warsaw; Gregory W. Addair, 22, East 3rd Street, North Manchester. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 3:04 p.m. Sunday - An emergency detention order was requested in the 500 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:04 p.m. Sunday - Reckless driving was reported in the 8900 block of North Ind. 15, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 6:44 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, resisting a law enforcement officer using a vehicle and criminal recklessness in the 1600 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:53 p.m. Sunday - Merchandise was reported stolen in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:07 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and criminal trespass in the 4700 block of North Ind. 13, Leesburg. KCSO.
• 10:26 p.m. Sunday - A person was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license in the 2300 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:40 a.m. Monday - A traffic stop was initiated for a person operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 900 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:42 a.m. Monday - A fight was reported in the 1900 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 2:19 p.m. Monday - A paddle boat was reported found in the 300 block of North Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

Penn Squeaks By Warsaw 3-2 In Tennis Regional Semis
The Warsaw and Penn girls tennis teams met earlier this season, with the Lady Tigers picking up a 3-2 win. The two sides met again on Tuesday night on a much bigger stage, the IHSAA girls tennis regional semifinal at NorthWood. The final score was 3-2 once again, but this time the Lady Kingsmen were able to pull off the victory and advance.
