Grace Village announced its new healthcare administrator, Jerod Williams.
Williams is a professional with an academic foundation from Ball State University. Since 2017, Jerod has been an integral part of The Waters of Covington, where he has played a role in marketing and admissions. His marketing and admissions efforts have been instrumental in shaping the organization's growth and reputation. In February he took on additional responsibilities, transitioning into an administrative role, which “further showcases his commitment to professional development and industry,” according to the release provided by Grace Village.
Outside of his professional life, Williams is a family man. He shares his life with his wife, Cherish. Together, they have built a family with three children - Riot, 7; Royal, 4; and Ridley, 1.
When joining Grace, Williams said, “What makes me excited most about joining Grace Village is that the first and second tenants of the mission is to put resident’s first and to bring joy to them and their families, and here it shows. Many places will tell you they put residents first, but few do.”
“I believe communities like Grace Village should be seen as sacred place. When you think about it there are few places in a community that touch so many of our lives and that are needed by so many of our loved ones. Thank you for allowing me this opportunity to serve you.”
