    Warsaw Development, LLC, 1020 Woodland Plaza Run, Fort Wayne, IN is submitting a NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of the Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit INRA00000 to discharge storm water from construction activities for the following project:  Park Ridge South just south of the intersection of Pond Cypress Court and Hemlock Lane in Warsaw – Kosciusko County, Indiana.  Construction is scheduled to commence in May 2022. Run-off from the project site will discharge into the detention basin onsite and then to Walnut Creek.  Questions or comments should be directed to Kathleen Hartman of Warsaw Development, LLC.
