Notice is hereby given that the City of Warsaw Board of Zoning Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Housing for Hope requesting approval of a Variance from Development Standards for to allow a reduction in required parking spaces from 96 to 69 located at Frontage Rd. 004-069-018 and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
004-069-018.
This hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, 102 South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana on 05/22/2023, at 7 PM All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the above address prior to 12:00 noon on the day of the hearing. Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity of City of Warsaw, should contact the office of Justin Taylor, 102 S. Buffalo St., Warsaw, IN 46580/phone (574)372-9550, as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event.
