Notice is hereby given by Warsaw Community Schools, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw IN 46580; requests any Bidder (General Contractor) interested in being considered by Warsaw Community Schools as a potential Bidder with respect to the construction of the new Maintenance and Pressbox /Concessions buildings, as described in the Bid Documents dated May 19th, 2023, to submit sealed bid proposals as set forth in Indiana Code for Public Works Projects. All responses to the Project shall be received until 1:00 PM, local time on June 9th, 2023 at the Administration Offices, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw IN 46580. A pre-bid meeting shall be occur on May 25th at 2:00pm at the Administration Offices, 1 Administration Drive, Warsaw IN 46580, and all interested prospective bidders are highly encouraged to attend. To obtain a copy of the Bid Documents, contact Reprographix at 437 N. Illinois Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, 317-637-3377, [email protected]. Sets of printed drawings and specifications are available through Reprographix with a $100 deposit. This deposit is refundable with a clean, intact return of the sets within 15 days of the Bid Opening. Bidders may also contact the Architect: Mark Beebe, AIA, RATIO Design, 101 S, Pennsylvania Street, Indianapolis, IN 46204, e-mail: [email protected]. All communications between any prospective Bidder and Warsaw Community Schools shall be through the Architect. The Project Bid Documents includes the following:
