    BEGINNING AT A PK NAIL 20.00 FEET NORTH AND 20.00 FEET EAST OF A RAILROAD SPIKE MARKING THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 14; THENCE NORTH 167.00 FEET; THENCE EAST 120.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 167.00 FEET TO AN IRON PIPE ON THE NORTH LINE OF COUNTY ROAD 550 NORTH; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID NORTH LINE 120.00 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.

    Street Address or Other Common Description:  10 EMS W29 Ln, North     The above-described real property has not been redeemed.  Any person may redeem the tract or item of real property described herein.  The date of expiration of the period of redemption is October 18, 2023.  The real property was sold at the tax sale for $22,000.00.  The components of the amount required to redeem the property include interest, taxes, special assessments, penalties and fees, all as more particularly set forth in IC § 6-1.1-25-2 incorporated herein.  Diana Butterfield, as purchaser, is entitled to reimbursement for: a) additional taxes or special assessments on the tract or item of real property paid by the purchaser subsequent to the tax sale, and before redemption, plus interest; and b) the costs, including attorney’s fees, as described under IC § 6-1.1-25-2(e).
