The City of Nappanee has an existing loan with the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program for a Water System Improvements Project and has elected to modify the Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) via Addendum #1 to incorporate additional work. The additional work proposed includes inspection, evaluation, and rehabilitation of the existing Clouse Street elevated water storage tank and existing pressure filters within the water treatment plant (WTP). The cost for this work will come from unspent SRF loan funds approved for this work within the PER. All remaining work proposed in the PER will be completed with this project. Any comments concerning this notice can be sent to Ryan LaReau, Commonwealth Engineers Inc., 19 North Court Street, Crown Point, IN 46307, (219) 900-9177. Comments may be submitted no later than one (1) day from the date of this notice.
