Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by HPR Beverage Inc., requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit Retail Sales at 401 Kings Highway on its property which is located at 401 Kings Highway, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel #43-11-15-400-15.000-033
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 27th day of March, 2023 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
