North Webster Abandoned Property

Notice is hereby given that the Town of North Webster will receive sealed bids for the sale, to the highest bidder, for the following abandoned property:
29 bicycles
1 children’s plastic toy castle
1 DeWalt drill and impact wrench in case with charger
2 mirrors with wood frames.
These items will be offered for sale as one (1) lot; individual items cannot be purchased separately.
Bids will be received until 4:00 a.m., local time, on the 25th day of July 2023 at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer located at 144 S. Main Street, North Webster, Indiana, 46555. Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids will be opened at the Town of North Webster Annex located at 138 S. Main Street, North Webster, Indiana, 46555 at 11:00 a.m. on the 26th day of July 2023.
Bids for the above items should be delivered in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Bid for Abandoned Property”. The abandoned property may be inspected at the North Webster Police Station, 144 S. Main Street, North Webster, Indiana. The abandoned property will be sold as is. The North Webster Town Council reserves the right to reject any bids.
