Notice is hereby given that the Kosciusko Area Plan Commission shall hold a public hearing on an appeal filed by Cornerstone Acres requesting that the Area Plan Commission hear and make a determination on an appeal of Self Imposed Zoning Conditions, Specifically, they are appealing: ZA2021-1
Change and alter the previous hearing ZA2021-1, self imposed conditions, by adopting a new development plan and allow an over night RV parking area.
The property related to the appeal in question is on Key Number: 023-004-001.
The hearing will be held on 07/05/2023 1:00 pm in the Commissioner's Meeting Room, County Court House 100 W Through Case #ZA-2023-2
All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the Kosciusko County Plan Commission, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, no later then 72 hours before the meeting, (mailing address: 100 W Center St, Rm 303, Warsaw, IN 46580). Any digitally submitted comments or exhibits on devises, such as but not limited to, flash memory drives, thumb drives, or external drives must be submitted to the office 72 hours before the hearing any presented at the meeting will not be viewed in accordance with the Kosciusko County Cybersecurity directives
