Notice is hereby given that there is a proposed project for construction of new commercial buildings for self-storage use with associated pavement, drainage, and grading improvements. Work is to commence during June 2023 and should be completed by June 2028. The project is located on the north side of Enterprise Drive, 800 ft. west of State Road 15, Warsaw, located in Wayne Township, Kosciusko County, part of the northwest quarter of Section 5, Township 32 North, Range 6 East. Receiving waters for this site is the Tippecanoe River, located west of the said property.
