Recreational Event on Public Waters
You are notified that Webster Ski Bee Inc. whose address is 829 E Willis Park Dr, North Webster, IN 46555 has applied to the Division of Law Enforcement of the Department of Natural Resources, under IC 14-15-7-3 and 312 IAC 5-3-1, for a permit to conduct a recreational event on Webster Lake. The recreational event requested in the application is a ski show event and would be conducted on June 10th, 24th, July 1nd, 15th, 29th, & Aug 12th, (practice 8AM to 12 PM Ski Show from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.) and Aug13th from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m.
An interested person may be either or both of the following (1) File with the Division of Law Enforcement a petition, signed by at least 25 individuals who are at least 18 years old and who reside in Kosciusko County, seeking an informal hearing to consider the application. (2) Request the Division of Law Enforcement to notify the person in writing when an initial determination is made to issue or deny the permit application. Following the receipt of a notification to issue or deny the application, the person may appear to the Natural Resource Commission.
