Notice is hereby given that vegetation management is estimated to occur sometime between 1/1/2023 – 05/31/2023 within the boundaries of the following area: In Kosciusko County, Co Rd 1300 to the South, Cakland to the East, Lincoln to the North and Co Rd 1350 to the West. Publication of this notice initiates the two (2) week window for calculating implied consent by the property owner under 170 IAC 4-9-4(f).
