    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Kosciusko Superior Court 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2112-MF-000045 wherein Select Portfolio Servicing, Inc. was Plaintiff, and Gail R. Motes and First American Trust, LLC were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 28th day of March, 2023, at the hour of 10 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lots Numbered 29 and 30 in the Plat of Heron Bay Addition, Tippecanoe Township as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 405B in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    More commonly known as 164 Ems B33 Ln, Warsaw, IN 46582-5623

    Parcel No. 43-08-28-400-445.000-023

    Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
