    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me, directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D03-2206-MF-000041, wherein The Money Source Inc was Plaintiff, and Barry D. Bruner, Jr., Turkey Creek Reg Sew District, Community Wide Federal Credit Union, Midland Credit Management, Inc., Marineland Gardens Community Association Inc. and United Specialty Insurance Company were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree, with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 28th day of February, 2023, at the hour of 10:00 a.m., with a closing time of 11:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    Lot Numbered 680 as shown on the recorded Plat of Marineland Gardens, as recorded in Plat Book 5, page 76 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.

    More commonly known as: 9878 North Skyline Drive, Syracuse, IN 46567

    Parcel No. 43-04-26-400-152.000-025

    Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
