KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA

IN THE MATTER OF THE AVIS L FACKLER IRREVOCABLE TRUST    

    AVIS L FACKLER, Deceased 07/18/2022, Resided at 137 E Pleasant St, Etna Green, IN

    Notice is hereby given that Horizon Trust & Investment Management has been named as Trustee for the Avis L. Fackler Irrevocable Trust and authorized to administer said trust without Court supervision.  There is no probate estate.  

    All persons having claims against Avis L. Fackler, deceased, whether or not now due, must present said claims to Tera Gilbert, Horizon Trust & Investment Management within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.

    Dated at Warsaw, Indiana, this 13th day of January, 2023.

THREEPEAT: Warsaw Volleyball Wins 3rd Straight Sectional Title
The last three years have served as a return to excellence for the Warsaw volleyball program. Over the past three seasons, the Lady Tigers have won countless tournaments, been undefeated in Northern Lakes Conference play, and as of Saturday night, have hoisted a trophy as sectional champions three straight times. The most recent sectional title came as Warsaw defeated Concord 3-0 at Goshen High School to secure the threepeat in 4A sectional 4.
