KOSCIUSKO COUNTY, INDIANA

IN THE MATTER OF THE VIRGINIA I. BOCKMAN IRREVOCABLE TRUST    

    VIRGINIA I. BOCKMAN, Deceased 11/07/2022, Resided at 2167 Paxton Dr, Warsaw, IN

    Notice is hereby given that Horizon Trust & Investment Management has been named as Trustee for the Virginia I. Bockman Irrevocable Trust and authorized to administer said trust without Court supervision.  There is no probate estate.  

    All persons having claims against Virginia I. Bockman, deceased, whether or not now due, must present said claims to Tera Gilbert, Horizon Trust & Investment Management within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
