Notice is hereby given that Ross T. Hartzell and Vern K. Landis were on the 4th day January, 2023, appointed Co-Personal Representatives of the estate of Rockford L. Hartzell, deceased, and authorized to administer said estate without Court supervision.
All persons having claims against said estate, whether or not now due, must file the same in said Court within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or nine (9) months after the decedent’s death, whichever is earlier, or the claims will be forever barred.
