In compliance with Indiana Construction Stormwater General Permit, Phend & Brown, Inc will be submitting a Notice of Intent to IDEM to discharge stormwater from construction activities of a Borrow Pond associated with County Road 1300N Extension over Norfolk Southern RR and Main Street – Des. No. 1801935 project at 13169 N Main St Milford, IN 46542 in the Southeast Quarter of Section 5 of Van Buren Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana. Run-off from the project site will flow into a proposed pond that will discharge to ground water which leads to Preston Miles Ditch and onto Turkey Creek.
