Pursuant to the Huntington Superior Court’s Order of December 15, 2022, NOTICE is, hereby given to Respondent, John Justin Tingle, last known address of 108 N. State St., South Whitley, IN, 46787, that temporary legal and physical custody of the parties’ minor children J.T. and T.T. has been awarded to Intervenors, Lora and Michael Gamble.
Further notice is given to said Respondent that a status hearing on the custody of the minor children and parenting time of Respondent will be held on held on April 12, 2023, at 8:30 a.m., in the Huntington Superior Court, located at 201 N. Jefferson St, Huntington, IN 46750. Respondent’s failure to appear at said hearing, may result in a decision by the Court regarding the permanent legal and physical custody of said minor children.
