Lots Numbered Thirteen (13) and Fifteen (15) in Bigler's Second Addition to Bayview Park as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 82, in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following named defendant(s) whose whereabouts are unknown: Melody G. Sherwood
If you have a claim for relief against the plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer or response.
