    Notice Is Hereby Given,  That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed by MICHAEL  & CHRISTINE NOEL Requesting An Amendment  To the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an: Reidential District to an Agricultural 2 District, The Following Real Estate, located on

    Key#: 027-055-004.D

    027-055-004.D  I Pt Sw Sw 14-34-6 2.67A Van Buren  And Described As Follows on the 2nd page, To Wit:

    A Tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 34 North, Range 6 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit;

    commencing at the Southwest  corner of Section 14, Township 34 North, Range 6 East; thence East along the South line of said Section 14, 495 feet to the principal place of beginning. Thence North parallel to the West line of said Section, 707 feet to a point; thence East parallel to the South line of said section, 165 feet to a point; thence South parallel to the West line of said Section to a point on the South line;  thence West along the South line of said Section to the principal place of beginning.

    This Change Is Requested  To Permit the Above Described Real Estate to Be Used For The Purpose of Agricultural 2 uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance.

    This Hearing Will Be Held in the: Area Plan Commission  Office- 100 W Center St., Warsaw On 03/01/2023     At 1:00 P.M.

    All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.   Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
