NOTICE     TO   THE   PUBLIC    OF   ADOPTION    OF   RESOLUTION    APPROVING STATEMENTS OF BENEFITS OF IGBD BIOGAS, LLC AND PUBLIC HEARING ON SUCH APPROVAL

    Notice is hereby given that on February 9, 2023, the Kosciusko  County Council adopted Resolution  No. 23-02-09-001, which  Resolution  provides  in substance  as follows:

    The real estate located at 9194 N. Orn Road, Milford, Indiana, as more fully described in the Resolution ("Real Estate") has been found, declared, and designated to be an economic revitalization  area as defined in Ind. Code § 6-1.1-12.1-1 ("ERA").

    The Kosciusko  County  Council also declared  that deductions  for five (5) years for new manufacturing  equipment installed in the ERA would be granted for qualified projects.

    A description  of  the affected  area  is available  and  can  be inspected  in the Kosciusko County Auditor's  Office.

    The Kosciusko  County  Council found  that it should  approve  the Statement  of Benefits filed by IGDB Biogas, LLC, ("Company") for qualified  projects  located on the Real Estate for such five (5) year abatement deductions for new manufacturing  equipment.

    Finally, the Kosciusko  County Council  resolved to hold a public hearing to consider the adoption of a Confirmatory  Resolution for the project.

    A  public hearing on  these  matters  will  be held  by  the  Kosciusko  County Council on March 9, 2023 at 6:00 o'clock P.M. in the Commissioners' Room, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580. At this hearing,  the Kosciusko  County Council will (1) receive and hear all remonstrances  and objections from interested persons and (2) shall take final action on the Statements of Benefits.
