Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management to comply with the requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with a building project located at 8345 State Road 19, Akron, Indiana 46910. Stormwater runoff from the project site will discharge to Little Yellow Creek.
