• 1:46 p.m. Tuesday - Ryan Paul Nicholas Rautenberg, 35, of 1115 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16, strangulation, confinement and interfering in the reporting of a crime. Bond: $10,250.
• 4:10 p.m. Tuesday - Steven Gary Rourke, 52, of 4389 N. Ind. 13, Leesburg, arrested for domestic battery - simple assault. Bond: $1,000.
• 5:53 p.m. Tuesday - Harley David Burkhead, 27, of 312 W. Crystal Flash Road, #44, North Webster, arrested on a foreign warrant. No bond listed.
• 6:02 p.m. Tuesday - Gyasi Bromley-Perry, 21, St. Louis, Mo., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and possession of stolen property. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:25 p.m. Tuesday - Kwesi D. Bromley, 32, Laveen, Ariz., arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $600.
• 12:34 p.m. Wednesday - Brandon Timothy Eads, 38, of 1520 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
