NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE

    By virtue of certified copy of a decree dated February 6, 2023, directed to me from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43D04-2212-MF-000097 wherein Horizon Bank is the Plaintiff and Charles M. Tucker is the Defendant, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder on the 27th day of June, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. local time, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana, the legal description of which is to wit:

    Part of the Northwest Quarter, together with part of the Northeast Quarter, all being in Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 4 East, Kosciusko County, Indiana, and all together being more particularly described as follows, to-wit:

    Beginning at a P.K. nail found at the Northeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 22; thence South 90°00'00" West (assumed bearing and used as the basis of bearings for this description), on and along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 22, being within the right-of-way- of County Road 700 South, a distance of 146.00 feet to a mag nail; thence South 01°18'30" West, a distance of 157.00 feet to a 5/8 inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence North 90°00'00" East, parallel to said North line, a distance of 359.83 feet to a 5/8-inch iron pin capped "Walker"; thence North 07°30'40" East, a distance of 158.75 feet to a mag nail on the North line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 22; thence South 89°53'35" West, on and along said North line being within the right-of-way of County Road 700 South, a distance of 231.00 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.329 acres of land, more or less.
