Lake City Bank announced that Kim K. Strawbridge has transitioned to serve as vice president, retail banking regional manager of the south region retail team. In this position she leads eight branches throughout Kosciusko County. Strawbridge succeeds Pam A. Messmore, who retired from Lake City Bank after 37 years.
