Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Grace College, requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit residential housing and retail merchandise on their property which is located at 400, 401 and 402 Kings Highway, more particularly described as follows:
Parcel 006-070-046 and 006-070-046.B
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of April, 2023 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
