Notice is hereby given that the Winona Lake Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on a petition filed by Dave Illingworth. requesting a Variance in the Winona Lake Zoning Ordinance, which would permit single family rental status on his property which is located at 1205 East Canal and 110 Fort Wayne, more particularly described as follows:
006 071 344 and 006 071 343
The hearing will be held at Town Hall, Winona Lake, Indiana on Monday the 24th day of October 2022 at 7:00 pm. All interested persons are invited to attend to be heard. Written comments will be considered if they are received at the Town Offices located at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
