    By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court No 4 of Kosciusko County, Indiana, in Cause No. 43004-2110-MF-000032  wherein Korenstra family Foundation, LP and Roger Korcnstra are Plaintiffs, and John Brian Craft, Chrystal Dawn Craft, BC Tile & Floor Covering, LLC, Discount Emporium, LLC, Lake City Bank, Accu-cut Support,  LLC, The Board of Commissioners  of Kosciusko County, Indiana, The State of Indiana, Indiana Department of Revenue and United States of America, Internal Revenue Service are Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will  expose  at  public  sale  to the  highest  bidder,  on  the 22nd day  of  November,  2022,  at  10:00  a.m.  on Zeusaction.com the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Kosciusko County, Indiana described as follows:
