DESCRIPTION: This retracement description of a tract of land in the West half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 34 North, Range 5 East, Jefferson Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana, is from a survey by Christopher W. McCrea dated September 15,2022. Job Number JK-22443 with John Kimpel & Associates and is more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a Mag nail at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 6 being within the right-of-way of County Road 1350 North and County Road 750 West; thence South 00°43'16" West (basis of bearings established by INDOT VRS Base, using NAD83 Indiana East coordinate system), along the West line of said Southeast Quarter and within said County Road 750 West right-of-way, 926.11 feet to a Mag nail with McCrea washer at the Point of Beginning being at the Southwest corner of Mullets Minor Subdivision; thence South 89°52'55" East, along the South line of said subdivision, 849.92 feet to a McCrea cap pin at a Southerly corner of said subdivision; thence North 00°41'30" East, along said subdivision, 245.72 feet to a McCrea cap pin at a corner of said subdivision; thence South 89°55'45" East, along said subdivision, 468.22 feet to a 4" steel post at the Southeast corner of said subdivision also being on the East line of the West half of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 00°45'38" West, along said East line, 818.71 feet to a 4" steel post at the Northeast corner of the property conveyed to Nelson J. & Charlene Miller in Document No. 2003082147; thence North 89°50'07" West, along the North line of said Miller property, 1317.44 feet to a Mag nail with McCrea washer on said West line and within said right-of-way; thence North 00°43'16" East, along said West line and within said right-of-way, 571.53 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 19.95 acres more or less.
