He was born Aug. 6, 1965, in Martin, Ky., the son of Tommy Burkett Sr. and Lula Burkett. On Oct. 20, 2009, Tommy married Noeurn Ruot.

Titus Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 2000 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, is entrusted with Tommy’s care. Friends and family may gather at the funeral home on Friday, Sept. 23 from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service.

Memorials may be given to Titus Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
